Came home and did sprints

just two.


9am = 2 slices gluten free bread = 160 cals


noon = fried rice &mock chicken , vegetables = 700 cals


4pm =2 slices gluten free bread = 160 cals

6:30 pm = lentils with some tofu and avocado  = 600 cals

7:00 pm = protein bar ( oatmeal ) = 400 cals


daily total = 2020 cals    ( without even trying )

it felt like I didn't eat much all day .  I can feel that my body is getting more used
